That's right! I want you to give me your book reviews. I'm in the middle of a book right now so I don't have anything to suggest right now but that doesn't mean you cant suggest anything! So in the comments sections post your books suggestions! Tell us about the book! Whats it about? Who wrote it? Whats the theme? What type of people would like this book? Ramble on if you want to! Just let the word out about your book! :)

  1. Yay Kat!!! I'm so glad you started this blog.
Okay, well, one of my favorite books is The Confessions of Charlotte Doyle by Avi. It's about a girl who accidently ends up as the only female on a ship, when she was supposed to be traveling with several other families. It's tale about mutiny and betrayal and it's really exciting. I would reccomend it to anyone who enjoys stories about pirates and oceans. Great book.

  5. It cannot be spoken of in a way that will do it justice. The only way you'll ever come to fully appreciate it's awesome (and I mean that in the entirely biblical way :P )ness is to read it yourself.

Just know it is the emperor of all Halloween books. And should be read EVERY. YEAR. In October.

  7. well, i just read the christmas sweater, as recommended by my dad and really liked it. It'll make you tear up and it has a Christian message. I would definitely suggest it; it called me out on a few things

  8. Lessee.....well. To be perfectly honest, and to the disgust of some, my last book was New Moon. Now, I'm being completely honest and throwing my cards on the table. I didn't like it much at all. There were several parts in the book that could have been written better. I pushed myself through the first half of the book. The climax was amazing, and I coudln't put it down after that, but the ending stunk. Literally stunk. It completely disappointed me. So, should you get this book? No, not unless you want to waste money. Even though I am curious as to what happens in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, I am not willing to spend twenty dollars on the hard back books and crappy writing. Will I see the movies? Probably. Because I love the acting, and Rob Pattinson, and Kirsten Stewart. So yeah, there's my whole Twilight schpeel, you can now feel free to find a wooden stake and peirce my heart with it when I return home in Easter. :P

  9. hahaha Yes i agree. The ending was horrible! Once Edward left i wanted to burn the book! It was nto good. Ithink that Twilight should have been the only book and it should have ended with him turning her. :)

  13. mkay, running with scissors was hilarious. just be prepared that there are some vulgar parts and since he's gay, soemtimes the vulgar things he describes are a bit disturbing. BUT it was really good for the most part, i'll have to see if the movie does it justice. i just started my second kurt vonnegut book, anybody else read his stuff?
